  funny idea. If I consider the monkey of the Chicago Sun who (randomly) "picks" stocks and has been beating the market for 4 years now (and beats the ability of humans in making investment decision), maybe a random business plan might also beat the the ability of humans investment decisions, just on a different level ;-)

  interface for collecting input for the different categories sounds like a good idea as well - but it has to be moderated in some way i guess, otherwise people could fill in anything which in the end leads to too absurd business ideas? ...

• I think a interface ( webpage for starters) is needed to build up the database.
  You could post this link in social networks to build up the database, or design an online-survey with the main criteria.
